This is a new trainees vacancy and is due to our continued expansion. The position is offered on a freelance basis.

For the right candidate we will provide you with generous pay, support and the opportunity to be part of one of the most select hair extension training companies in the UK and Spain.  

The successful applicant will be involved in:-

• Training in venues, salons and clients homes in the application and removal of KM Hair Extension methods
• Ordering, storing, preparing and delivering course materials to clients
• Dealing with queries and issues arising from clients before and after training
• Creating and delivering new business
• Travelling to a variety of venues which may involve occasional overnight stays. (Approx 1-3 nights per month)   
• Initial induction and training will take place informally however after a period of 6-12 months the applicant will be required to undertake formal training as a qualified trainer to gain a recognised qualification. Funding will be provided by KM Hair Extension Training.

You will need to have a client-centred approach and personal pride in your work, be self motivated and flexible enough to support our clients.

Applicants should display exceptional talent and demonstrate the following:-

• Excellent customer support and communicational skills
• Friendly and enthusiastic personality
• Able to work weekends  
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK
• Have access to and full use of a car
• Knowledge of the application and removal of KM Hair Extension Methods
• A high standard of personal presentation and appearance
• Must have a passion and creative eye for Hairdressing / Hair Extensions and have at least NVQ level 2 in hairdressing (or 2-5 years experience in your skills)  
• Willingness to travel to Spain once or twice a year  
• Punctuality and reliability
• Self motivation and organisation skills
• Willingness and ability to study for a professional qualification
• Technically trained and trend focused
• PC Literate and broadband internet
